Poetry replies: Is there a limit to fear?

Why do humans and animals fear? This is a natural emotion when there is an imminent danger and it is even healthy for the mind and body to remain alert. Thus, when necessary, it is possible to react in an agile and effective way, escaping the possible threat. But, fear is commonly felt perennially by many people, which generates psychological disorders such as panic syndrome, anxiety and other phobias.

The man is a fearful beast
Hides behind your muscles
To scare away your own fear
Fear of everything - and the tiny nothingness
